Kalari Kovilakom
In the south of Kerala, it is possible to stay in this little green pearl that is the Kalari Kovilakom ashram. It is a very calm retreat which allows you to follow a yoga class given by renowned teachers. The International Art of Living Center, outside Bangalore is a 65-acre campus located above the Panchagiri Hills. A favorite retreat for many yogis (person practicing yoga), it is the perfect place to practice yoga in India. Yoga classes are free but visitors must help with household chores to qualify.
