What about the visa?

If you are travelling from India to Sri Lanka, you can opt for an e-visa or multiple-entry electronic visa (which then allows you to re-enter India even if you have left). Make sure you apply for an e-Visa for each country, so you can enter and leave the country easily. India offers the tourism e-Visa with a validity of 30 days, 1 year or 5 years. As far as Sri Lanka is concerned, you can apply for the 30-day tourist visa.
