New Delhi

The Indian capital has something to seduce and amaze visitors. Its rich, varied and superb heritage promises you a great time, on the go! You have a wide choice of activities when visiting New Delhi: rather a cultural stroll, go to the old city. Addicted to shopping or a night out at a bar? The capital has what you need.

Jaisalmer

A true Bollywood-style city, Jaisalmer lies on the border with Pakistan. Here you can visit the magnificent fortress built over 9 centuries ago and now classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This town is also the starting point for many safaris and excursions.

Agra

This is the city that is home to one of India's most famous monuments: the Taj Mahal. But Agra has other treasures too, like Delhi's Red Fort or the Palace of Mirrors, the Shish Mahal, which can only be visited in the dark, by candlelight.

Darjeeling

If you'd rather visit the more "deep" India, Darjeeling is for you! Its name comes from the Tibetan "Darjee-Ling", which means "The Place of Lightning". The town lies between 1,800 and 2,400 metres above sea level, in the heart of tea plantations at the foot of the Himalayas. Tea has been grown here since the 19th century and is consumed the world over.

The Palace of Winds in Jaipur

Called Hawa Mahal in Hindi, the Palace of the Winds was built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh. At the time, the palace served as... a royal harem! Its incredible façade features 953 windows and balconies, designed so that the women of the harem could see outside without being seen... This also allows the wind to flow through the palace, hence its name.

There are many other treasures to visit in India, a rich country with a wonderful culture. Visit the Amristar Temple, the sandy beaches of Goa or sail on Loktak Lake, the only floating lake in the world (although it doesn't actually move)! A change of scenery guaranteed for an unforgettable stay in India!
